I find it decent and practical

Pretty straightforward, great for lectures, or simply long audio recordings. I used it as a field recorder in a filming situation, and even with the ipad closed and left alone over a long period it continued to record which i found useful.

Allows you to place markers and take notes along the audio timeline. Great tool.
